As the clouds of uncertainty lift we look forward to continue our travels, in the meantime Taj has put into place enhanced measures to make your stay comfortable, and we would like to assure you that the safety and wellbeing of our guests and associates is of paramount importance to us.

As the world steps into the new normal, the spirit of Tajness stands reinvigorated, driven by the supreme importance it places on the safety and delight of its guests. Tajness – A Commitment Restrengthened is a mark of assurance of IHCL’s authentic Indian hospitality, with an added comfort of safety, hygiene and physical distancing.
Created in accordance with the norms laid down by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Government of Britain, it reflects our assurance of safety and comfort for our guests and the well-being of our associates and partners.
Below is a summary some key protocols we have set in place:
Enjoy your stay at the hotel with our reimagined food and beverage experience. With an array of dining options in-house the choice is all yours; dine in comfort from your room/ suite or experience our diverse dining venues.
As per the UK Government guidelines from the 16th December until further notice, all Food and Beverage outlets with exception of in-room dining, will be closed. Our fitness centre and Jiva spa will be closed from Sunday 20th December until further notice.
We are still pleased to welcome guests travelling for business, work, education, attending funerals, need to self-isolate, key workers or anyone who is unable to stay in their primary residence.
Valet parking is currently available at the hotel additioally we do have a NCA parking lot a close distance from the hotel. Please ask the Concierge for mre details.
